Symphony Concerts

Several recurring themes run through this season’s concert programme. They touch upon and intersect with one another; at times, they even become entangled and knotted. Ultimately, this creates an overall musical picture that demonstrates the great expertise, enthusiasm and love for music with which each individual concert has been selected and curated for you.

One thread – which is already evident in the season’s theme – is the relationship between music and painting. Each symphony concert programme this season playfully corresponds with the complete works of the painter Daniel Richter, one of the most important German artists in contemporary painting.
