Humboldt Forum

“Microconcerts” by the RSB in the Collections

The address Schlossplatz has remained. But behind the partially reconstructed façade of the Berlin Palace, the Humboldt Forum opens up as a new meeting place with collections from many cultures of the world and a programme of all the arts.

In addition to the National Museums in Berlin and the traces of the site’s history, the exhibition “Berlin Global” by the City Museum and “After Nature” by the Humboldt University have found space in the Humboldt Forum.

In the anniversary season of the Rundfunk-Sinfonieorchester Berlin, chamber ensembles of the RSB perform at the Humboldt Forum for the first time.
The musicians are returning to the historic venue, where the RSB has performed several times in the past at the Palace of the Republic.
Inspired by the collections and exhibitions, they will play micro-concerts on five museum Sundays between January and June 2024.

The RSB members’ performances will take place during opening hours.
Admission is free.
