Notes on ticket purchase

Concert tickets are available through the following channels:

Visitor Service

In addition to ordering online, you can also contact our visitor service. (Ticket purchase without advance booking fee). He will take your orders and answer your questions. Here you can order your concert tickets by telephone or  E-mail or collect them in person.

Online

You can book tickets via the website rsb-online.de up to 3 hours before the start of the event (Eventim system fee € 2).

You can either print out your tickets yourself or have them scanned on your smartphone at the entrance.

The Abo+ discount is not available this way, please contact the visitor service directly.

Advance booking offices

Concert tickets are also available at all known advance booking offices in Berlin and nationwide at all advance booking offices affiliated with CTS Eventim AG (advance booking fee).

Box office

The box office opens one hour before the concert begins.

Abo+:

As a subscriber, you can book tickets for other events at the Abo+ price—for yourself and your guests. You will receive a discount of approximately 15% on the individual ticket price. We will accept your ticket requests at the discounted Abo+ price up to three working days before the concert, but not at the box office. Abo+ tickets cannot be exchanged or returned. Ticket orders as part of the Abo+ offer can only be processed after all subscription orders have been completed.

Term and termination subscription 2026/27

Your subscription is valid for one concert season at a time and is renewed automatically. Any changes must be received by the visitor service
by 31 May 2027. The flexible subscription is not renewed automatically.

Change of date

Up to two days before the concert, you have the option to exchange a limited number of subscription concerts free of charge for other concerts in the same price category. For the 4-concert package: one date; for the 6- and 8-concert packages: two dates.

We kindly ask you to make the tickets you wish to exchange available to the visitor service at least two working days before the concert. It is not possible to exchange tickets at the box office or after the concert date has passed. Exchanges are limited to the current season and cannot be transferred to another season. Exchange requests can only be processed after all subscriptions have been sent out. If the corresponding price categories are fully booked, exchanges will no longer be possible. Tickets that have already been exchanged cannot be exchanged again.

Payment

Payment can be made in cash, by direct debit, bank transfer, EC card or credit card. Please always quote your customer or order number when making payment. If the payment deadline is not met, the subscription shall be deemed to have been cancelled. By providing a written direct debit authorisation, you authorise the Rundfunk-Sinfonieorchester Berlin to debit the respective amounts from your account. Cancellation of the direct debit authorisation can only be notified to the visitor service in writing.

Subscription tickets

Subscription tickets will be sent out no later than one week before the first concert. Please understand that in the event of missing, late or incomplete payment, we reserve the right to dispose of the tickets reserved for you.

Reductions

Pupils and students up to the age of 27, trainees, those doing military or voluntary service, welfare recipients and the unemployed can purchase reduced tickets for €12 at the box office.

Reduced tickets are only valid in conjunction with appropriate proof. Severely disabled persons and wheelchair users who are entitled to an accompanying person can request their tickets on presentation of their disabled person's ID card to the visitor service (limited contingent).

Berliner Jugendabo

Six concerts by six Berlin orchestras for only €60. An offer for teenagers and young adults between 12 and 21 years.

Classic Card (app)

The ClassicCard is an offer for all classical music fans between the ages of 14 and 29. You can purchase concert tickets for €11 at the box office or €16 in advance (up to two hours before the concert begins). For more information, visit www.classiccard.de.

School classes

School classes receive tickets at 5 € per pupil, depending on availability. From 12 pupils, one accompanying person receives a free ticket.

Severely disabled persons

Severely disabled persons entitled to an accompanying person can address their ticket request directly to the Visitor Service.

Group prices

Special group rates are available for travel groups, companies, clubs and large customers. Please contact the visitor service.
