“Jazzik” – Musical Multitasking

The RSB's 2025/26 Jazzik series is dedicated to American composer George Gershwin, who made music history with classics such as ‘Rhapsody in Blue’ and ‘An American in Paris’. Together with the musicians of the Rundfunk-Sinfonieorchester Berlin, the tango ensemble Quadra Nuevo, American jazz and opera singer Jocelyn B. Smith and British jazz pianist Julian Joseph celebrate Gershwin and other composers from both genres in three concerts. Shortly before Christmas Eve, the RSB invites you to a jazz extravaganza with the Jazzrausch Big Band conducted by David Brophy, featuring Christmas carols arranged for big band and orchestra.
