At just twenty years of age, Berq has achieved what many can only dream of: becoming one of the most exciting acts of the new German pop generation – with a mixture of simplicity, elegance and emotionality that has long since become his trademark. Now the singer and producer is announcing a special project: ‘The Grand Orchestra Show by Berq and the Berlin Radio Symphony Orchestra’.
On 17, 18 and 19 November 2025, the traditional Haus des Rundfunks will become the stage for an extraordinary encounter between pop and classical music. Together with the renowned Berlin Radio Symphony Orchestra, Berq will set his songs to orchestral sounds that reveal the
emotional depth and cinematic breadth of his music in a new light. Anyone who has ever been to a Berq show knows that his concerts are not performances, but experiences. The attention to detail, the dynamics, the interplay between loud and soft,
between light and shadow – all of this finds a new world in this collaboration with over seventy musicians. After sold-out tours and festival appearances, hundreds of millions of streams, gold awards and appearances on Böhmermann’s ‘ZDF Magazin Royale’ or award ceremonies such as the 1LIVE Krone or the Prize for Pop Culture, Berq shows a new facet of his work with the orchestra show and invites us to end the year 2025 together musically.
