RSB concerts in the Philharmonie

Even in the 2025/26 season, the Berlin Philharmonie remains one of the central venues for the Rundfunk-Sinfonieorchester Berlin. Across a total of 12 concerts, audiences can look forward to a program that is as diverse as it is exciting, shaped by outstanding conductors and soloists.

On the podium of the RSB this season will be Vladimir Jurowski, Edward Gardner, Frank Strobel, David Brophy, Eva Ollikainen, Oksana Lyniv, Sakari Oramo, Leonard Slatkin, Simon Halsey, and Jonathan Nott. With their individual styles, they ensure artistic variety and inspiring interpretations.

As vocal soloists, the RSB welcomes outstanding voices to the Philharmonie, including Amanda Majeski (soprano), Agnieszka Rehlis (alto), Kostas Smoriginas (baritone), Ewa Vesin (soprano), Monika Bohinec (alto), Carlos Cardoso (tenor), Riccardo Zanellato (bass), Victoria Randem (soprano), Anna Alàs i Jové (alto), Kieran Carrel (tenor), and Roderick Williams (bass).

The list of instrumental soloists also promises musical highlights: among the guests are Pierre-Laurent Aimard (piano), Christian Tetzlaff (violin), Anna Vinnitskaya (piano), Anssi Karttunen (cello), Cameron Carpenter (organ), and Nicola Benedetti (violin).

The repertoire ranges from classics to modern masterpieces and includes works by Lachenmann, Shostakovich, Korsun, Berg, Brahms, Szymanowski, Mahler, Morricone, Bruckner, Beethoven, Rachmaninoff, Henze, Verdi, Bernstein, McTee, Barber, Copland, Elgar, and Tchaikovsky.
