Parking facilities

Take advantage of the low rates in the Contipark Friedrichstadt-Passagen underground car park. You pay 4.00 euros for 1 hour, and 3.50 euros for each additional hour.
Exclusively for concert-goers: With the concert hall rate, you can park for 7 euros for a full 6 hours. Have your parking ticket marked in the concert hall.

Accessibility

During events, visitors with mobility difficulties can reach the cloakroom foyer via two elevators in the carriage passage. There is also an elevator at the stage entrance (Charlottenstrasse).
Our inductive hearing system enables hearing aid wearers to receive audio signals wirelessly via their hearing aid.
In the Great Hall, the supply of standard levels is guaranteed in the stalls in rows 1 to 12.

Dress code

Our guests wear what they want. If you want to dress up, dress up. If you prefer to be more casual, wear jeans.

Catering

From the 2024/25 season, the concert hall's partner "Kultur Catering Berlin" will organize the supply of drinks and delicious snacks in various foyers - depending on which hall the concert is taking place in. The catering is open for you at the entrance and during the concert breaks.
Payment is possible in cash or by card.
If you wish, you can reserve a table on site at the counter or in advance online with the concert hall's catering partner "Kultur Catering Berlin".

Intermission times

The interval times depend on the respective concert programme and can be found in the programme booklets that are distributed on the evening of the respective event. 

Box office

The house usually opens one hour before the concert begins.
The box office opens for the entrance to the house before the concert begins and is located in the cloakroom foyer (access via the carriage driveway). All tickets are scanned by the admission staff; please have your discount certificate ready if necessary.

There are numerous cloakrooms available free of charge in the foyer of the Konzerthaus.

Concert introduction

For our concerts in the Konzerthaus, introductions with our dramaturge Steffen Georgi will take place at 7:10 p.m. in the Ludwig van Beethoven Hall. You can find out more about the works and their composers

Concert duration

The duration of the concerts depends on the respective concert program. It is usually 120 minutes.
You can find exact information in the program booklets.

Programme booklet

Program booklets for each event are distributed by the RSB team and the event service on site.
The program booklets are available to you in a shorter form free of charge in print; more extensive information about the works, as well as biographies and current photos from the rehearsals can be found in the digital program booklet.
The digital program booklet can be found on the RSB website and in the evening via the QR code displayed.

Film and sound recordings

Sound, photo and video recordings are not permitted during the concerts. Before the concert, during the break or after the concert, photographs for private purposes are permitted.
