The planetarium hall is wheelchair accessible.
Induction loops are available for hearing aid users.
Dress code
Our guests wear whatever they like. Those who want to dress up do so. Those who prefer a more casual look come in jeans.
Catering
The Cosmo Kitchen at the Planetarium is open for you from Thursday to Friday from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. and Saturday to sunday fron 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.

Box office
The planetarium ticket office is open at the following times:
Tue 9am–2pm
Wed 9am–2pm & 3pm–8.30pm
Thu 9am–2pm & 3pm–9.30pm
Fri 9am–12.30pm & 3pm–11pm
Sat 10.30am–10.30pm
Sun 10.30am–8pm
Admission
The planetarium hall opens 10 minutes before the start of the event. For safety reasons, no admission to the planetarium hall is permitted after the start of an event.
Cloakroom
Cloakrooms are available at the planetarium and can be used free of charge.
Classic Card
Tickets for events at the Planetarium are not available via the Classic Card. Discounts are available on the Planetarium website. Further information about the Classic Card can be found here.
Concert introduction
There are no introductions to the events at the planetarium.
Concert duration
The duration of the event depends on the length of the concerts being broadcast. It usually lasts between 90 and 120 minutes. You can find more information on the planetarium's website.
Programme booklet
There are no programmes for events at the Zeiss Großplanetarium.
Film and sound recordings
Film and photography are not permitted during the broadcast. In other areas, photography and filming are only permitted for private purposes and without a tripod.
