With a subscription (5 or 8 concerts) you receive a discount of approx. 30 %, with an optional subscription (6 concerts) approx. 15 % on the one-way ticket price.

Subscription+
As a subscriber, you can book tickets for additional events at the Abo+ price - for yourself and also for your guests. You will receive a discount of approx. 15% on the one-way ticket price. This also applies to concerts by the other ROC Berlin ensembles: Deutsches Sinfonieorchester, Rundfunkchor Berlin and RIAS Kammerchor Berlin.

We will accept your ticket requests at the reduced Abo+ price up to three working days before the concert, but no longer at the box office.
Abo+ tickets cannot be exchanged or returned. Ticket orders as part of the Abo+ offer can only be processed after all subscription orders have been completed.

Validity and termination
Your subscription is valid for one concert season. Change requests must be received by the Visitor Service by 31.5. The date of the postmark applies. The optional subscription is valid for one season and is not automatically renewed. There is no entitlement to a specific seat in a category.

Exchange of dates
You have the option of exchanging one concert (subscription with 5 concerts and optional subscription) or two concerts (subscription with 8 concerts) free of charge for other subscription concerts in the same price category. We kindly ask you to return the tickets intended for exchange to the Visitor Service by
two working days before the concert. Exchanges at the box office or after the end of a concert date are not possible. Exchanges are limited to the current season and cannot be transferred to another season.
Exchange requests can only be processed after all subscriptions have been sent out. If the corresponding price groups are fully booked, exchanges are no longer possible. Tickets that have already been exchanged cannot be exchanged again.

Payment
Payment can be made in cash, by direct debit, bank transfer, EC card or credit card. Please always quote your customer or order number when making payment. If the payment deadline is not met, the subscription is deemed to have been released. With a written direct debit authorization, you allow the Rundfunk-Sinfonieorchester Berlin to debit the respective amounts from your account. The revocation of the direct debit authorization can only be communicated to the Visitor Service in writing.

Subscription tickets will be sent out at least one week before the first concert. Please understand that in the event of missing, late or incomplete payment, we reserve the right to dispose of the tickets reserved for you elsewhere.
