Yujoo Jung - Violinistin

Yujoo Jung, born in Korea in 2000, first studied with Prof. Igor Malinovsky at the Carl Maria von Weber University of Music in Dresden, where she completed both her bachelor’s degree with a Germany Scholarship and her master’s degree with the highest grade. She is currently completing her concert exam at the Karlsruhe University of Music in the class of Prof. Sergey Khachatryan. She has won numerous international competitions, including the Szymon Goldberg Competition in Meissen, the “Amigdala” Competition in Italy, and the International “Mozart” Competition in Berlin. As a soloist, she has performed with renowned orchestras such as the State Symphony Orchestra of Tatarstan, the Suwon Philharmonic, the Mostly Philharmonic, and the Elbland Philharmonic Saxony. Concert appearances have also taken her to the MEG Art Hall Korea and, as a chamber musician, to Lincoln Center (Chamber Music Society) in New York.
