In order to allow you enjoyable concert evenings, we have compiled on this page all the important information about the new season and the general protective measures.

Colorful and customized!

Even if the current situation keeps the Rundfunk-Sinfonieorchester Berlin in suspense, we are very pleased to be able to present you with a worthy alternative programme for the concerts originally planned in September and October 2020. Many planned concerts of the new season can maintain their unique character and numerous works. Fortunately, composers, conductors and soloists remain  as planned. You can find the adapted programmes in our concert calendar.

Here you will find all important information for the ticket sales.

Philharmonie: In the concert hall

There is no free choice of seats. The staff of the Philharmonie will assign you a seat within your block in the order in which you arrive. Here you will find the hall plan of the Philharmonie.

In order to be able to trace the exact seating position of a concert visitor, notes / pencils are placed on all seats for entering personal data or distributed at the doors to the hall. After the concert, the notes are collected or can be thrown into specially placed boxes.

Philharmonie: Barrier-free accessibility

If possible, disabled visitors and wheelchair users use the eastern entrance. The elevators may be occupied by a maximum of 2 guests as well as a front of house staff member to guide the elevator.

Konzerthaus: Admission

The concert hall opens 30 minutes before the concert begins. There are additional entrances and exits, please follow the local signposting system. The walkways in the stairwells are marked accordingly in colour on the floor. For further information please refer to the protection and hygiene concept of the Konzerthaus.

Konzerthaus: In the concert hall

There is no free choice of seats. The concert hall staff will help you to find your way to your row of seats. Here you will find the hall plan of the Konzerthaus.

In order to comply with the distance rule in a concert, three seats in a row are blocked and the two neighboring seats are used for the guests. The space between people outside the household is thus guaranteed to be three chairs apart. Individual visitors also use the double seats, although it is accepted that one seat will then remain free.
Between the rows structured in this way, the rows in front and behind remain completely free in the parquet. Blocked seats (also in the blocked rows of seats) are locked with a clearly visible Velcro strip so that the seats cannot be folded down and are therefore blocked for use.

Konzerthaus: Barrier-free Accessibility

The elevators may be occupied by a maximum of 2 guests as well as a front of house staff member to guide the elevator.
There are floor markings in front of the elevators to help visitors keep the distance.
