RSB-Concerts 2021/2022
Tickets for our concerts are available through our customer service and online via the concert calender.
Measures for your protection
Your health is of our utmost importance. We kindly ask you to adhere to the rules and regulations as follows when visiting one of our concerts:
Your visit since 04.03.2022
On 1 March 2022, the Berlin Senate passed the Seventh Amendment Ordinance to the Fourth SARS-CoV-2 Infection Protection Measures Ordinance.
From 04 March 2022, the 3G rule will apply to all events in enclosed spaces.
You will then need one of the following certificates for your concert visit:
- Proof of complete vaccination: A person is considered fully vaccinated if their second vaccination was at least 14 days and no longer than 12 months ago, or if have already received their third or fourth vaccination (booster, valid from the day of vaccination). Likewise, a person who has recovered from a Corona infection at least 28 days ago and has received at least one additional vaccination is considered fully vaccinated from the day of the vaccination.
- Proof of having recovere form a Corona infection at least 28 days ago.
- A recent negative Corona test (rapid test: not older than 24 hours, PCR test: not older than 48 hours).
Children under the age of 6 years are exempt from these obligations (no certificates requiered). For pupils as defined by the Berlin School Law, the presentation of a school ID replaces a negative Corona test.
At all venues it is compulsory to wear an FFP2 mask - also during the concert.
Exempt from this obligation are:
- Children under 6 years of age.
- Children between 6 and 14 years of age must wear (at least) a medical mask
Certificates
At the entrance of the respective venues, we will verify your proof of vaccination or recovery as well as your test-results if applicable We recommend the use of digital documents with a QR code (in an app, e.g. CovPass or Corona WarnApp) or a printout with a QR code (issued by pharmacies) for all certificates.
Test-at-Home kits will not be accepted.
Ticket Sales
It is possible to buy your tickets online at www.rsb-online.de , by telephone, email or in person at our visitor service, or at the daytime or evening box office. Book your tickets until the last working day before the respective concert on our homepage and simply print them out at home in A4-format. Payment is by credit card; a processing fee of 2 € will be charged. This possibility is available for concerts in the Konzerthaus Berlin and the Philharmonie Berlin. All theatre box offices, travel agents and advance ticket sales offices in Berlin and Brandenburg affiliated to “eventim” also sell tickets for concerts by the RSB. The customary advance ticket fees and, where relevant, costs for postage will be charged. The evening box office opens one hour before the concert starts on the day of the concert. If an introductory event is taking place before the concert, the evening box office will open 90 minutes before the concert begins.
General Measures concerning Distance and Hygiene
Please adhere to the general distance and hygiene measures: Keep a minimum distance of 1.5 metres from other people, always cough and sneeze into the crook of your arm, use the disinfectant dispensers provided and stay at home if you have any symptoms of illness.
Rules and Regulations at the Philharmonie
Admission
The 3G-rule applies to all concerts in the Philharmonie. You will need to provide one of the following documents upon entry:
- proof of coplete vaccination (see above)
- proof of recovery from a corona-infection (not older than 28 days)
- A recent negative corona-test (antibody-Test: not older than 24h, PCR-test not older than 48h)
Admission into the concert hall is granted simultaniously to admission into the building to avoid queues in front of the hall doors. Please adhere to the entrance and admission time indicated on your ticket.
The ticket clearly indicates the assigned entrance, block, row and seat, as well as the colour of your predetermined walkway.
A building sketch with the different entrances for each block is issued with the tickets and can be found on the website of the Berliner Philharmoniker.
Please note that a late entry or re-entry into the concert hall is not permitted.
Masks
Wearing an FFP2 mask throughout the building and also during the concert is mandatory. Please bring your own mask. A medical certificate does not exempt you from the mandatory wearing of masks.
Duration
Concerts in the Philharmonie will run for approx. 2h including one interval.
Cloakrooms
The cloakrooms at the Philharmonie are opened.
Catering
Catering will be at your disposal befor the concert as well was during the interval.
Programme booklets
The programme booklets are availeble for donwload on the RSB's concert website approx. 1-2 days before the concert and can also be purchased on the evening of the concert.
Introduction
At the present time, no concert introductions can take place at the venue.
In most cases, a digital introduction will be provided 1-2 days before the concert on the respective concert page.
Accessibility
If possible, mobility-impaired visitors and wheelchair users use the eastern entrance. The elevators may be occupied by a maximum of 2 guests as well as a front of house staff member to guide the elevator. There are currently only a few elevators available. If possible, use the stairs.
Rules and Regulations at the Konzerthaus
Admission
Please adhere to the 3G-Rules as stated above.
Admission at the outer doors begins 60 minutes before the start of the concert.
Admission to the hall begins 30 minutes before the start of the concert.
All guests are required to wear an FFP2 mask. Children under the age of 6 visitors with an appropriate medical certificate are exempt from this requirement. Children up to the age of 14 may wear a medical mask.
Please note that no late entry or re-entry is possible.
Visitors who do not comply with the regulations may be excluded from the concert. In this case, there is no right to a refund of the ticket price.
Masks
It is compulsory to wear an FFP2 mask during your entire stay at the Konzerthaus - including during the concert.
Exempt from this obligation are are:
- Children under the age of 6. Children and adolescents under the age of 14 may wear a medical mask.
- Persons who have a medical certificate stating that they are unable to wear a medical face mask due to a health impairment or chronic illness. The relevant certificate must be shown on request.
- Deaf and hard of hearing persons and those who communicate with them, as well as their accompanying persons.
Duration
Concerts at the Konzerthaus will take approx. 90min and are played without intermission
Cloakrooms
The cloakrooms in the main Foyer are open again.
Catering
Catering can not be provided at the moment.
Programme booklets
Programme booklets will be availabe online on the respective Concert-pages on the RSB-Website approximatelx 1-2 days prior to the concert and are available at your disposal on site as well.

Acessibility
Our lifts may be manned by a maximum of 6 people and a lift operator. We recommend that you arrive in good time. You will find waiting markings in front of the lifts to keep the distance.
Rules and Regulations at the Haus des Rundfunks
Admission
Upon entry into the venue, ticket, vaccination, convalescence status and test checks will be carried out. Guests without a valid ticket or with missing proof (vaccinated, recovered or tested) will not be granted access to the event.
Visitors who have had contact with someone suffering from COVID-19 in the last 14 days or who display flu-like symptoms are not permitted to attend the concert.
Masks
It is compulsory to wear an FFP2-mask for all visitors aged 14 and over. You may remove your mask during the concert.
Duration
The concerts at the Haus des Rundfunks will run for a maximum of 120min and are played without intermission.
Cloakrooms
There are no cloakrooms available at the moment.
Catering
Catering will not be available at this venue.
Box office
We recommend buying your tickets in advance through our website. The box office will be open too (cash only).
Programme booklets
Programme booklets are provided for download on the respective concert-pages of our website 1-2 days prior to the concert.
In the hall
The hall is ventilated mechanically . You may remove your mask at your assigned seat.
Rules and Regulations at the Theater im Delphi
Admission
Admission currently only with proof of full vaccination or recovery or a curent negative corona test.
Please plan to be at the theatre well in advance of the performance to avoid queues. Admission is one hour before the performance begins.
Masks
At the venue, it is compulsory to wear an FFP2 mask without a valve, including in the admission area and outside the venue. You may remove the mask at your seat.
Cloakroom
There is no cloakroom available.
Catering
The bar is opened. You can purchase drinks there and then enjoy them at your seat. It is not permitted to linger at the bar. Please help us and keep a minimum distance of 1.50 m from other visitors when queuing.
Ticket sales
Tickets are only available online via the RSB webshop at a one-off fixed price of 20 €.
You can purchase a maximum of two tickets for the concert. Tickets are personalised, please enter your name, address, date of birth and telephone number as well as the name, address, date of birth and telephone number of your companion when ordering.
Tickets are personalized and non-transferable. It is not possible to change the contact details subsequently or pass them on to third parties.
Rules and Regulations at the Silent Green
Admission
For all concerts at silent green, the 3G rule applies: proof of vaccination or recovery or a negative test are requiered.
Masks
Please wear your FFP2-Maks when leaving your seat. While you remain seated - e.g. during the concert - you may remove your mask,
Cloakrooms
There are no cloakrooms available at this venue.
Catering
The little mars bar at the Silent Green will be open during the concert.
Rules and Regulations at the Artist Homes
Admission
Upon entry you will be required to provide your ticket as well as the 3G-certificates as stated above.
Masks
Please note the general obligation to wear an FFP2 in enclosed spaces.
This obligation does not apply to children up to the age of 6.
Children between the age of 6 and 14 are required to wear a medical mask or an FFP2-mask.
Cloakrooms
There are no cloakrooms available in this venue.
Box office
We recommend buying your tickets online - there will be an on-site box office as well (cash only).
Additional Information
What happens if i feel ill on the day of the concert?
Please stay home if you have any flu-like symptoms - no matter how severe.
People who have had contact with someone diagnosed with Covid 19 in the past 14 days are not allowed to attend RSB events.
What happens if the concert is cancelled?
In case of a cancellation, you will recieve a full refund of your ticket price.
